Traditional fire cupping and dry needling are available as massage enhancements for even faster, more lasting results. Variety plays a vital role in enhancing the overall experience. Because chronic musculoskeletal tension, sciatica, and nervous system burnout require consistent, cumulative treatment to fully resolve, I offer clinical care packages of 4 and 7 sessions. These structured series ensure your recovery plan remains on track while lowering your cost per visit.

I get your schedule can be hectic and unpredictable, so I only ask for at least 6 hours notice to reschedule and prior to same-day for cancellations.

I have been providing acupuncture and massage therapy for pain management for the Chicago southwest suburbs for a decade. With a background in psychology alongside a Master’s in Acupuncture and over a decade of clinical experience, I look beyond simple muscle knots. I specialize in chronic stress and nervous system regulation, helping clients release the emotional burnout and anxiety that locks up the neck and shoulders. I blend many massage styles into my sessions, including deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point therapy, dry needling and cupping.
As a dual-licensed acupuncturist and massage therapist with experience working in chiropractic and physical therapy practices, I blend both traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture with dry needling, particularly for muscle pain and movement restriction. This gives the most effective and individualized care.
My clients come for stress relief and pain management, but stay for the detailed, compassionate care I provide. Each session is carefully crafted to the the needs of every client so they feel heard, understood, and rejuvenated.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY: A credit/debit card is required to be on file, but will not be charged as payment for the appointment. It will only be charged in the event of a same-day cancellation, or a “no-show”. A no-show is assumed at 10 minutes past the start time without contact from the client. Late cancellations within 6 hours of the appointment may be charged a fee equal to 50% of the service, and no-shows may be charged the full amount of the service. Late arrivals will receive the remaining session time at the scheduled price. You expressly authorize us to charge your credit/debit card on file for fees incurred under this policy. Of course we understand illness and other events arise that are beyond your control, and will accommodate you within reason.
